Faith Journey lessons were recently piloted and ar now being offered on a limited basis. if interested in offering this in your church message us here.
We are offering this program on a limited basis. if interested, message us here.
We welcome all candidates with a disability, 18 years or older ((or are accompanied by a "helper"), and have a passion to grow in their knowlegde, love and service to the Lord.
Each lesson includes core catechism material delivered by a Catechist gifted in teaching it to people with disabilties, along with at home "mission" assignments.
The local Parish will decide the number of lessons and program length. We recommend Parishes start with a foundational program that can be offered over a single school year and progress to include more advanced faith formation lessons.
We can provide lessons to lead to Sacrament, but final decisions on sacrramental preparation resides tihe the Pastor.
The cost for the candidate to attend the program is limited. No qualified candidate will be excluded because of cost.
Classes are a mix of remote and in-person. The classes can be offered online, in-person, or a mix as determined by the church. Ministry work is typically local and in-person.
To actively particpate in the sessions, and complete the "mission"assignnments..
Candidates should be able to read (or have an accompanying adult), and have a desire to grow their knowledge, love and service to the Lord.
Lessons are delivered by a gifted centralized special needs Catechist that is provided centrally working closely with the local church. We ask the church to support this program with an in-person volunteer, who leads candidate recruitment and coordination of lessons.
